2017 Fall Benefit Raffle Rules

Official Raffle Rules

You may purchase raffle tickets at the event or through www.thewomansboard.org. You may purchase one entry in our raffle for $100, three for $250 or five for $400. A limited number of entries are available.

Enter as often as you wish, but each entry must include an Official Entry Form.

Each winner must claim his/her prize(s) by November 30, 2017. If a prize is not claimed by this date, an alternative winner will be selected.

The winner is responsible for all taxes. In the event the winner’s prize has a fair market value in excess of $5,000, the winner must pay a withholding tax to The Woman’s Board of Rush University Medical Center in the amount of 25% of the fair market value of the prize minus the price of the winning raffle ticket.

No substitutions or cash redemptions of prizes are permitted. Prizes are non-transferable, non-extendable and subject to all restrictions on their availability.

Certain restrictions apply to travel packages.

Winner need not be present. All winners will be notified by mail following the Fall Benefit on November 3, 2017.

Void in states of NY, FL, VT, WA, MD, Puerto Rico and where prohibited by law.

Entrants must be 18 years or older as of January 1, 2017 and must be residents of the USA. Exception: The Clubs Glow-Ore prize entrants must be 21 years or older as of January 1, 2017.
